Finding a Way to Reign Over this Weather.

Seriously, screw this rain. I mean, really. Who wants to step out in torrential downpour? It's like the weather gods are messing with my beginning-of-the-weekend happiness. Going to cozy up tonight in a luxurious pair of Emma & Sam sweatpants, with a (mini) bowl of popcorn garnished with my favorite low-cal Ranch seasoning to watch the Jersey Shore. Before I do though, I wanted to post a few items keeping me happy, during the grossest of weather.

New York City? I'll pass. Although I am a hop, skip and a jump away from the bustling city that "never sleeps," I'd rather choose to relax on my deck in Connecticut any day, which overlooks a peaceful two-acres of green, green grass. On the occasion that I do step out into New York City, I enjoy wearing pieces that look extremely put together and posh (you know, in case I happen to run into Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian, who just begs me to run Dash NYC, and then proceeds to take my hand in hers as the three of us gleefully skip down 5th Avenue -- in my daydreams).
