It's definitely a lazy Saturday, largely in part because of the weather, and a bit because of the food coma I happen to be in, and the hour long wait at the Apple store. Regardless, I'm very content with it already quickly approaching weekend Happy Hour, and I've still yet to throw on anything but the pj's I've been in since last night. A few things keeping me happy right now? Last night's mini bar hop (inclusive of Malibu Bay Breezes, some kind of beer I cannot pronounce, a long-division lesson in math and a game of squares) from classy-Connecticut to the typical, hole-in-the-wall bumpkin bar, complete with low-key dance fest to covers of country tunes. Also keeping me happy? My spontaneous, in-the-moment purchase (out of boredom, perhaps?) of Adobe Photoshop, the Arby's Medium Number 5 combo of triple cheese sandwich and curly fries for two, and of course, tomorrow's Super Bowl plans.
Happy, happy weekend everyone!
PS - who's taking home the title tomorrow?

ReplyDeletewho are you rooting for?
ReplyDeleteHey guys! First: Arby's -- YES! (Everything in moderation, I say! Especially when you split it!) Squares is that game of connect the dots. It's a 2 person game; you take turns drawing lines between the dots until you are forced to make boxes. Whoever makes the most boxes by the end of the game, wins. And my Jets are out, so I'm gonna have to root for Greenbay.
ReplyDeleteyou bought Adobe Photoshop as a spontaneous purchase? its like over 1,000 dollars! wowza....
ReplyDeleteNo no no! I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 9, and paid $100 plus tax for it. Adobe Pro is around $700.
ReplyDeleteGO PACKERS!!!!!
ReplyDeletehaha good.. whered u get elements from? the apple store in the mall? and how is it different from Pro?
ReplyDeleteI got Elements from the Apple store at the mall. The difference is that Pro is for, well, the pros. I guess pretty much if your profession IS design. But, according to a standbyer who decided to educate my friend and I on the difference between the two programs, Elements is capable of producing about 80% of the same material that Pro is.
ReplyDeletestill in your pjs? ;)
ReplyDeletethanks for the info on Elements :) i may go purchase it now
ReplyDeletethat hamburger picture is absolutely disgusting. so greasy! how can you eat that stuff? YUCK
