That hippie-dippie style has never been my cup of tea (mainly because long flowy skirts and off-the-shoulder tees never looked natural on me), but one of my best friends swears by this look. I guess you don't swear by a look, huh? But however she does it, she pulls off looking like Kate Hudson via Almost Famous immaculately. Free People presents a stellar lookbook, as does my brand new favorite LA-based company, Planet Blue (I die for everything they make).

Lovely photos. I looovvve the 60's as well!
ReplyDeleteI've been wearing a lot more sixties and venturing away from my normal "blair waldorf-eque" style and its so much more comfortable albeit not as professional. which is good that i don't work in a super professional environment.
ReplyDeleteHAHA yes. Definitely comfortable, and some girls can pull it off so well! x
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photographs. I really need some more denim cut offs.

I LIVE in this look (although you probably can't tell from a lot of pictures posted) -- my day-to-day clothing includes a lot of peace signs and dresses and off-the-shoulder shirts (American Apparel and Alternative Apparel make some great ones!)
