Fruit Pizza!

I forget who it was, but someone had me at fruit pizza.

I was intrigued. Was it an actual meal or was it a dessert?

It's dessert

and it's perfect for the warming weather.

In essence, it's a big sugar cookie coated in delicious cream cheese frosting topped with your favorite fruit. What a great twist on a summer soiree fruit platter, no? The recipe is quick and simple and the product looks delicious (not to mention not 100% artery-clogging, like my other recipe suggestions).
